1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Sally and Catherine ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Sally and Catherine provides residential and light-commercial plumbing services in Mountain View, CA and surrounding Bay Area cities. All services are subject to scheduling availability and on-site assessment.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided online or by phone are preliminary. Final pricing is provided in writing after on-site evaluation and must be approved before work begins.

4. Warranties

We warrant our workmanship for 12 months from completion, subject to reasonable use and maintenance. Manufacturer warranties cover parts and equipment per their respective terms.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed in writing. Late balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by California law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
